More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Montel did an excellent job giving the carpets in all four bedrooms, the stairs and the landing of our house a deep clean. He even managed to remove some long standing stains. His fee is moderately priced and he was prompt even though he came from afar to do this job. I also hired him for a secondary job painting our master and kids bedrooms and he nailed that job too. I highly recommend him.
