We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Was available at short notice. Was flexible in adopting a modified solution approach. Charged £710 for about 30 minutes work (including scaffolding) - seems a very high price for the actual amount of work involved.

I'm really very happy with Akram from Imperial. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the windows and locks. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I understood what he would be doing. He gave a very reasonable price, less than what others had quoted, and while here, he looked at another problem door. He has ordered the part for that and will return at a later date to fix that also. He was able to answer all the questions I had. He is now my new window fixer.

AVOID. Let us down very badly. Came to site all smiles and agreed a price and shook hands. We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. The day before he was due to start, he cancelled with a lame excuse. Totally left us looking very stupid and the client very upset. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
