I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. AVOID. Let us down very badly. Came to site all smiles and agreed a price and shook hands. We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. The day before he was due to start, he cancelled with a lame excuse. Totally left us looking very stupid and the client very upset. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! We added a few minor things as we remembered them but no hassle, added them in. Very happy with results.

The Brothers Paez have done the most amazing job hanging a wallpaper mural in my bedroom with incredibly high ceilings. Carried out the work whilst I was away.
