Kevin messaged on 11 Aug saying he'd order radiator parts and asked us to update our review as he was blocked from Rated. We did. He later criticised us, saying he'd been on holiday. We reminded him he never showed up as agreed. No apology, no update, and still no fix. We've had enough of the excuses and silence—now hiring a professional to get the job done properly.

Cannot recommend highly enough, Paul and his team transformed our back garden to a lovely stone paved area with a section levelled for rubber matting for our toddlers play area. To cut a long story short as I can't fit it in, he came around 9.20am, had a cup of tea, chatted then left at 10.10am to get materials and another tool. He eventually arrived back at 2.30pm, I said we thought he wasn't coming back he lost the plot. He was very unprofessional and verbally aggressive, telling me I was disrespectful and ungrateful and much more. My husband and my sister heard him too. Well, I'm a paying customer so you were most definitely the disrespectful and ungrateful one

Yani is an amazing plasterer. His work is first class and our walls are now as smooth as glass. We are having every room plastered, , and painted, and Yani is an expert at it all.
