We are able to carry out almost all types of maintenance work from minor day to day repairs, planned maintenance, to larger jobs including property renovations and refurbishment. We specialise in sub-contracting to letting agents, carrying out general repairs to tenanted and vacant properties. Whether you require an urgent repair or have planned building works, OWL Property Maintenance and Solutions will provide you with a personalized service. Work will be carried out on time, to the agreed budget with all works carried out by qualified, skilled tradesmen who take pride in their work. Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

Good time keeping and very hard working. Everyday a clean up was carried out at the end of work. I was kept up to date with any promlems that were unforseen. When I was first contacted and the job inspected photographs were shown to me of the problems and what the solutions were and materials to be use. The finished job looks good and well done.
