Excellent job - so neat and tidy and completed within 1 day - very pleasant gentleman, wholly trustworthy, and delighted with the overall finish. Kevin messaged on 11 Aug saying he'd order radiator parts and asked us to update our review as he was blocked from Rated. We did. He later criticised us, saying he'd been on holiday. We reminded him he never showed up as agreed. No apology, no update, and still no fix. We've had enough of the excuses and silence—now hiring a professional to get the job done properly.

Placed 16 Oct 2025, Charlie (manager & decorator, 40 years experience) phoned & visited, emailed good quote later. What a great team he has. The original job was to remove and hang new wallpaper but when Kevin & Chris arrived on the 20 Oct, after stripping the old paper, made good the walls for fully painting, a much better option for me, then went for the paint. 8am starts on both days, worked timeously, professionally with care,, and no mess for me to tidy up. Have booked them again for living room

Ross did a great job laying the patio and installing a shed base. He immediately identified the differing levels my garden had and was able to suggest ideas to maintain relatively level access to my property. Ross arrived for the quotation as agreed and the work was started and finished promptly. He removed all the waste from the project and I'm really pleased with the outcome of the work.

Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. I’m very happy to recommend him.
