Craig carried out some roof repairs these were completed, with some issues with scaffolding being put up and taken down. However an issue with guttering which he was due return to fix has not been dealt with despite trying to get hold of him on many occasions.

Robert did a great job on fixing and painting my ceiling. He was super responsive and quick to provide me with a comprehensive quote outlining all of the work that would be completed. I want to rate 0 but I don’t have that option because this tradesman doesn’t deserve one star. He left the job undone after we paid him thinking he will complete the job. We have called his phone every day and have gotten no response, he doesn’t reply his text messages. Quite frankly we are considering legal action against this tradesman. He had the keys to our home for one month and still did not complete the a job that would take him one week. Any advice on how to take legal action? 100% unprofessional
