Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.

Ivan is a top, top quality carpenter who built us a bespoke TV unit that looks as good as any I've seen. I would highly recommend Ivan and he's as good as you'll find anywhere. He's also a good bloke, very professional and drew up very detailed plans for the unit and went through them with us before the build. Thanks Ivan, my wife and I are delighted with the unit.

As a full time firefighter I compliment this role by being a fully qualified plasterer with certificates up to NVQ level 3. I also hold a teaching qualification in plastering. I have been plastering for over 25 years and originally started out working for my fathers company doing a time served apprenticeship before setting up my own business. The projects I have worked on have ranged from managing teams of plasterers for high profile developers such as Charles Church and Bryant Homes. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly.
