Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Valley Walling called round promptly and gave a good value quote to re point and tidy and seal the top of the wall. They told me exactly when they would start and finish the job. They kept to the timing and days working to the dot. Before they left they cleaned up using my hose for the stray bits of cement. Would recommend them for all outside building work. Highly recommended. The finish on the render is fantastic, the house looks great and at a good price. Stoyan fixed problems and issues as the job went on, advising us the best solutions, with alterations made at no extra cost. Stoyan was very clean and tidy, tidying up each day he left.
