Very professional, answered the phone and made clear arrangements to give a quote, arrived on time. Looked at the property and have a qoute a couple of days after. The route was clear and very detailed with each job that needed to be done.

David has been extremely professional throughout the whole job, and very transparent with all costs involved. We were not restricted on time or how quickly we needed the job doing, yet Sureguard provided an efficient & quick service to complete the job, and we were extremely pleased with the end result. We have since asked David to complete additional jobs for us and will continue to recommend his services to others as well.

James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. I can thoroughly recommend James and would be happy to employ him in the future. Thanks James

This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.

James Archer responded to my advert for fitting in a wardrobe, he came over and took measurements. He is very professional gave some options in terms of design and finish. Daniel arrived when he said he would, worked very efficiently and suggested excellent solutions for our wall, which was in a bad state and needed significant repairs. The job was finished fast, to a very good standard and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

Stuart is an excellent tradesman attention to detail is fantastic he takes absolute pride in his work. I'm a complete perfectionist and he was 200% the right choice. His costs are fair especially for such a high standard of work. Completely trustworthy . I would highly recommend him and most definitely be using again soon .
