The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. Michael was very good with starting the job quickly, keeping me updated during the work, and the finished product looks great! He had great ideas which not only kept the costs down, but also kept us from needing to wait for approval from the housing cooperative to pave the whole thing over. We're very pleased. My only tip for future (and the only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars) is the need for more organisation around a formal quote with cost breakdown to make the hire process smoother.
