Kai and colleague did a good job on a 300 year old chestnut tree which had split and lost huge branches in the hot weather. They cut it right back hopefully to generate regrowth, with some huge logs to move, they left the garden tidy. Always quick to respond to texts even during a working day.

Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone.
