Excellent descriptive estimate with photographs. Turned up on time to carry out work, as agreed. Job completed within timeframe agreed and photographs provided showing work as it progressed and when completed. All mess removed and site left clean and tidy. End product looks ok and I just wait a downpour of rain to be absolutely certain it won't leak but I am pretty confident it won't and it's covered by a good, insurance backed, guarantee. Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). Mike came out quoted and was able to get a team together to start 3 days later, took them two days to clear a garden, rip out large tree stumps, old fence panels and posts, level the area ready for seeding, got another two days of final leveling the two gardens together, good workers, thanks Mike and Reg!
