Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). Overall very polite and did a very good job.

Neat and Tidy did a great job of tidying up our garden in a rental property. They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. Quick and efficient, and put the garden back to a manageable state.

Working outside in the commercial maintenance industry I learned a huge amount about the work and all the different areas of work there are. I’ve learned the work from starting at the bottom and rising to the top, I’ve taken on more challenging roles such as being a supervisor but I always love to get involved in the work. In every job challenges can arise. Working outside in the great British weather can be a challenge in itself especially as you never know what Mother Nature is going to throw at you. Despite the various challenges we encounter our standard of work never falters and we always aim to deliver to the highest of standards. After years in employment I made the decision to become self-employed and start my own landscaping company (Garden Knights LTD). The business has thrived over the last 9 years and within those years I gained skills in landscaping, this involved decking, fencing and turfing to name a few. I decided to further my skills and undertook courses within the arboriculture. I gained a lot of experience by undertaking jobs involving chipping, driving material handlers and of course stump grinding. I’ve been stump grinding since 2017, over these 7 years I’ve gained vast experience in the field and now have a range of specialized equipment ready to deal with the smallest of stumps to the mightiest ones as well.
