Patrick came the same day and was upfront about costs and what needed doing throughout. They uncovered additional woodworm hidden behind the fascia, and there was no pressure, just offered me options on how to tackle it. Etmond and the team arrived early and quickly got to it and were able to complete our work in a single day which was a good result. We had landing floorboards and some steps on the stairs replaced which couldn’t be seen until the carpets were taken up, so Etmond and the team had to figure a few things out after they began and their experience was very useful in that situation. The work was done to a high standard and they left the flat very clean after cleaning up once the work was complete.

I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

Tom did an absolutely wonderful job of clearing my incredibly overgrown garden. He arrived on time, worked like a Trojan, took all the garden waste away, and left me with a garden I can sit in with a glass of wine, instead of drawing the blinds so I can't see it! Tom is now going to maintain the garden on a regular basis, and I would recommend him highly to anyone needing a garden tamed!
