Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden.
