Dennis came round after giving me a quote, very respect full, explained the materials I would need to buy, not knowing anything about banisters or spindles, arrived on time went to get the materials started working straight away, and was finished by 5pm, did a great job with no one helping him, and the end result was perfect, thank you for transforming my stairs , that's 5 stars from me. Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home).
