100% POSITIVE for this friendly hardworking young Man. He must be the hardest worker ever. He assembled my 4m by 3m Summer House all by himself in a day and a half and did an amazing job with a minimum charge - such great value for money. He's very conscientious and proud and works as if he is working on his own property ensuring everything was perfect. I'd definitely hire him again. I couldn't be happier

As a property maintenance and renovations specialist, we had been working for the last 9 years exclusively for property developers and Estate Agents such as Brinkle's, Towneds, Dexters, and Cubitt&west covering All trades. We are also known for our charitable work at St Bede's Catholic church Balham and St Mathews Anglican church Croydon. Initial leads are from rated people, but once people see what we can do, they usually pass us on the other family members and friends. 70% of our jobs are from word of mouth and referrals. Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.
