George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. I would definately recommend Ian and Annette for their tradesmanship, reliability and efficiency. They fitted a new shower unit, toilet,vanity unit and radiator plus re-tiled the walls and floor in my bathroom , they gave advice and direction with every step, all the old appliances were removed and disposed of. I absolutely love the result which looks great, they were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! No reservations in recommending William Winter. He and his two lads attended promptly and worked diligently to repair the chimney and roofing to a high standard. The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. Helpfully, he pointed out areas that could prove troublesome which were dealt with promptly.
