George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. All that I can say is that their work was adequate (just). They worked hard but they were disorganised and the quality of their work was not great. We had to lend them a ladder (which they subsequently bought), a tape measure and a saw; the usual things that a builder would have with them.

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!
