George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. We a maintenance business based in the North West of England. We cover the local area and UK. We provide services to domestic and commercial customers. Providing internal and external services. After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.

Called me twice to find out what the job was, arranged to pay me a visit, but then didn't turn up to the house as arranged. He could at least have told me he'd changed his mind.
Terrible experience all around. First bathroom was finished 2 weeks behind schedule and left with a leaking shower and lots of snags (messy grouting, misaligned taps, uneven tiles, etc). Second bathroom was ripped out and left unfinished because he had an accident (different stories) and no backup crew. Then, came back to fix snags from first bathroom but left loads undone/incomplete and, when confronted, he accused me of wanting to hold on to £200 for nearly a £20,000 bathroom project.
Failed to show on agreed dates and now can no longer be contacted, very disappointed.
