George and his team did a superb job at our house. His punctuality and communication have been outstanding; he always replies very quickly to messages and sent us countless videos of his work to keep us updated. He gave us some very fair and informed advice on how to tackle extra problems with our roof. His invoices were very detailed and clear and competitively priced. Fully recommended! The original problem was sorted quickly and efficiently and as expected from roofer, the inspected for other problems and found some. These were also fixed on the same day and the quality of work seems very good. The guys were friendly and cleared up everything neatly. I would certainly consider using them again. My only other comment would be that price wise Hometec Solutions are on the upper end of of the average so bear this in mind.

Caution urged. My initial review written while wearing rose tinted specs! Reality is very different. I used this trader for other tasks and now have incomplete work on several jobs. My fault, I paid in full having believed everything I was told about status of completion. No response to messages.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

..the most pathetic company I have used in 40 years as a homeowner..the whole company is in question, the work hardly ever started on time - traffic was to blame - except that Google maps told me that their wasn't a hold up. The work done was awful - and he charged me thousands - and has led to a much higher bill as other professionals were called in to sort the mess.

Excellent work very reliable. No additional charges from the quote given which was very competitive. Finished in a reasonable time, even did few minor jobs in addition. Also cleaned up well when finished. Would definitely use for other jobs.
