Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.

I would highly recommend Invictus Home Solutions. They were very professional. The gentleman who came to quote the job was prompt, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He reassured me the work would be done by Invictus and not contracted out. The quote was reasonable. The two painters worked hard. They left everywhere neat and tidy and completed the job to a very high standard. They also went an extra mile when they identified a broken tile and repaired it. I am happy to recommend Invictus Home Solutions.

We were really impressed with Tim’s workmanship and service. He was easy to work with and a good communicator, keeping us informed when there were delays in the delivery of the doors. All the doors were fitted in one day and the place was left reasonably tidy. Minor snagging was resolved reasonably quickly. We would definitely hire Tim again and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
