One word: fabulous! Martin and his team are polite, precise in undertsanding their client’s need and execute it with high quality. Martin does not settle on mediocracy. He would spend time and energy in getting it right and leave a clean and neat place after work. He started with a wardrobe project and ended up doing a lot more work as I saw I can fully rely on him. One of those rare gems of a craftsman who works for his satisfaction and not on an hourly rate. I would highly recommend him!
I have been in this double glazing for over 35years . Manufacting / fitting and the last 17 years service engineer for a large double glazing company . I always look to repair first before saying new window /door is needed . I can upgrade door locks if same cant be found . I repair leaks on conservatory / door / windows. If you want New Windows or Doors and Conservatories i can do . I Have Liabiliy insurance cover.

James was professional, skilled, and always turned up on time and when he said he would. His workmanship was excellent, and pricing was competitive. He finished the job on time and we are pleased with the end product. The flooring was not completely straightforward to lay, but with good advice from James on how to deal with the quirks (uneven floor, steps that were difficult to negotiate) we have a fantastic end product. Can't recommend James highly enough.

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Not only did Eric turn up on time but carried out a superb job. I thought I would require a completely new lock but he took the old one out, checked it, greased it and had it working in no time. Thought the Yale lock seemed a bit sticky at times and Eric immediately sorted it out with "graphite" explaining to us that in no way should you use WD40 on such a lock. He was a pleasure to deal with, got the extra keys cut and delivered them the following day. Also cheaper than expected. Highly recommend.
