I recently had Akoni Construction come out to decommission a water tank in our loft and replace our hot water cylinder, converting our heating to an unvented system. Dan and Marlan were excellent, they managed to fit us in quickly, and the quality of their workmanship has been outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We’re already working with the Akoni team on our next project, and they’re definitely contacts that will stay in my phone

We do all aspects of bathrooms and minor building works, we take pride in our work and enjoy leaving the customers with a smile on their faces.
Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house.
