The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. your quote was £1800... And that was for materials and labour... If there was any materials left over then they were mine as I had paid for them hence in your quote so any extras u did for me would have been labour costs only I asked you the cost to get hut painted you said no more than £70 but you only painted the roof so no more than £30 hose on to wall no more than £30 a strip of wood round the fence a slab at the hut and some sand round the hut... That's all I can think of that comes nowhere near £500

Great quote ,great job, however ask for the roofer to return to resolve an issue has been very problematic. Agreed to come back. Not even contacted me . Reluctantly leaving this, but have given enough chances to reply.

Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown
