Different window installed, job not completed, rubbish left over ours and neighbours drives. The job was three times as expensive as quoted due to “finding things that needed renewing". They worked quickly to get the job done, but unfortunately, they were messy, leaving debris everywhere, blocking our drive, including batons with protruding nails on the pavement, they did not make good the damaged surrounding area of the window. We had to unnail batons , rip up and bag membrane and rubble. Not recommend .

Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

He doesn't take any shortcuts, he goes back to the basics and builds it up - although this takes a little longer the end result is very high quality. Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
