Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.
