Alex and his Team at Kent Specialist Groundworks and Construction did a fantastic job with my back garden patio. I ended up doing the walkway to the garden. Very competitive costs as well. Alex and his team threw a few extras for me doing my fence posts and tidying the rest of the place. I am beyond impressed with the workmanship. Been waiting 3 months for them to fix the leaky guttering and flat roof that they fiitted.They promised to come every week but haven't. They don't let you know thier not coming and each time you contact them they have another excuse

Top Tier were great. They were 100% reliable, turning up exactly when they said they would. I couldn’t afford their quote but they were excellent at problem resolution, and managed to work with my budget. They left everything clean like you wouldn’t know they had been. JOHN IS A VERY FRIENDLY person to have around he did outdoor rendering he did a very god job. However he promised me he can do plastering professional besides being delayed with a week what should I say he did a Terrible plastering job minus 1 rating for this I basically need to redo the plastering would only recommend him for external jobs

I highly recommend this company for their standard of work and customer care. Photographs were taken and videos made of the job before, during and after the work was completed and each stage explained to me in lay person's terms. The roofing work was carried out so well that I booked them to repair the chimney stack. This was completed to the same high standard.

Ken was very accommodating and did an excellent job in clearing all the brambles and trying to return our garden to its former glory at our buy to let. He also fixed a soil pipe issue and removed furniture left over by an ex tenant. He turned all this around in a day and rescheduled work to accommodate us. I would highly recommend him.
