The work was done very effectively, and he left everything clean and tidy when he finished. He supplied the parts and showed me how to adjust them should I need to do so in the future. The estimate was for 2 days' work, but it took only one, so it turned out a bit more expensive.

We believe that repairs of your existing windows and doors are usually a far more cost effective answer to replacements. Still no reply from this company. I have no paperwork as proof of work done. I will struggle when selling. I cant believe they haven't followed through on after service. They hadn't even packed up- when I was practically frogged marched to the bank where I withdrew £4.500 cash and handed it over to Al... without an exchange of a receipt. still annoyed that the pictures of my house are up on their dashboard. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
