Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

Great team of guys. Very professional. Did a very good job repairing our roof which turned out to be more involved than originally anticipated and therefore a lot more expensive. However did feel pressurised to agree to the extended work. Negative feedback on this job- a week on from completion l still have the scaffolding erected despite promises to remove it promptly.

We can't rate the value as we have little experience of stone masons- it seemed reasonable. He was very helpful and we were grateful that he fitted our job in when we needed it doing fairly urgently. One to avoid, the gutter so called repaired is leaking like a fountain when rain, The work was done on 9 May, I have been trying to contact them for refitting of the leaking gutter, they supposed to be here at 9.30 AM today. No show, no message , no phone call. I have also been trying to get a receipt for the cash I paid for the so call work done on 9 May. I have never received the receipt. They took the money and don't care about the poor standard of work

I ended up hiring Sam to replace all my internal doors and one double door frame. What started as a positive experience ended up quite miserably: Sam did a botched job on the frame and the new double doors (the doors are not levelled, neither are the handles, the frame is not flush with walls etc). Also, black marks on the trimmed edges, numerous scratches, screws at an angle and so on. He did promise to come back and fix some of the issues, but never did.

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well
