Been waiting 3 months for them to fix the leaky guttering and flat roof that they fiitted.They promised to come every week but haven't. They don't let you know thier not coming and each time you contact them they have another excuse

The best people i have ever dealt with for home maintainance and works.They went out of there way to be helpfull and they worked very hard to get the work done.I cannot praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone.When we thought they had finished and were clearing up they were moving our washing machine from the hallway to the kitchen and were plumbing it back in! Top Tier were great. They were 100% reliable, turning up exactly when they said they would. I couldn’t afford their quote but they were excellent at problem resolution, and managed to work with my budget. They left everything clean like you wouldn’t know they had been. Communication was excellent throughout, with a comprehensive video log of everything done. It is so rare to find trades that are completely trustworthy and reliable. I would strongly recommend.

However he promised me he can do plastering professional besides being delayed with a week what should I say he did a Terrible plastering job minus 1 rating for this I basically need to redo the plastering would only recommend him for external jobs

After a very bad experience with the original company that dealt with our roof we were pleasantly surprised to find a company that turned up as promised. After inspecting our roof, they explained what needed to be done and we are extremely satisfied with the way our problem has been dealt with. They have also promised to come back if we we feel we need to call them. Would therefore have no hesitation to recommend Naydor to anyone.
