Alex and his Team at Kent Specialist Groundworks and Construction did a fantastic job with my back garden patio. I ended up doing the walkway to the garden. Very competitive costs as well. The best people i have ever dealt with for home maintainance and works.They went out of there way to be helpfull and they worked very hard to get the work done.I cannot praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone.When we thought they had finished and were clearing up they were moving our washing machine from the hallway to the kitchen and were plumbing it back in! JOHN IS A VERY FRIENDLY person to have around he did outdoor rendering he did a very god job. However he promised me he can do plastering professional besides being delayed with a week what should I say he did a Terrible plastering job minus 1 rating for this I basically need to redo the plastering would only recommend him for external jobs

Top Tier were great. They were 100% reliable, turning up exactly when they said they would. I couldn’t afford their quote but they were excellent at problem resolution, and managed to work with my budget. They left everything clean like you wouldn’t know they had been. Communication was excellent throughout, with a comprehensive video log of everything done. It is so rare to find trades that are completely trustworthy and reliable. I would strongly recommend.

Arturs installed new flooring and skirting board throughout my flat. Arturs is very friendly. professional and competent with great attention to detail. I had a minor issue after the floor was completed and Arturs came back to resolve it as soon as he could. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
After a very bad experience with the original company that dealt with our roof we were pleasantly surprised to find a company that turned up as promised. After inspecting our roof, they explained what needed to be done and we are extremely satisfied with the way our problem has been dealt with. They have also promised to come back if we we feel we need to call them. Would therefore have no hesitation to recommend Naydor to anyone.
