Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. Chris took time to understand what I wanted and was always willing to amend the plans to ensure that he had interpreted my requirements. Pete is an outstanding professional. Our job started much later than planned with many delays, Pete was patient and courteous throughout.
