Highly recommend- Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. They realistically help to make plans come to life working through decisions needed at each stage. After so many difficult conversations with other builders Ricky and his team were a refreshing change who delivered a brilliant new porch, driveway, complete house roof, extension reroof, fencing and concrete gutter removal! Davish was very flexible given that there complications with the job I asked him to do. He offered a very good price even though the job ended up taking longer than expected. Very friendly guy, would recommend him.

Great team and work. All work was completed with each phase being completed as described. Clean, tidy and professional keeping disturbance to the neighbours down to the minimum. Will be using these guys again for my next project.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

DJ Tonks is an excellent, professional tradesmen who listens and understands your requirements and delivers on what he says he can do. The quality and standard of work is the best in the business and always aims to help you understand the nature and requirement of the job; how he will achieve it and does it at cost effective price. Bruce built 2 large set of shelves for us. He was good at keeping us informed and reliable regarding times. We feel he did a professional job and would be happy for him to do other work for us if needed.

I am very impressed by the work that has been performed by Adam and Daniel over the last couple of months. From the beginning, with outside work and the inside, with building an extension containing a shower room, they have been excellent in everything they have turned their hands to. The element of professionalism with their work was apparent the whole way through....as was the minute attention to detail. They were kind and thoughtful throughout, making sure that everything was always left very tidy
