Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

I’ve been a qualified decorator for over 30 years, moved to Polegate 18 months ago and still work in London, now I’ve had enough of the travelling and want to work more locally, painting, decorating and wallpapering are my specialty also property maintenance, I also do steam Jetwash using a Doff system jet wash, I’m fully insured and a member of safe contractor scheme, references given if required. Wow - this was not what I was expecting- although on paper it was a simple job, Paul used a great deal of expertise, including laser technology. The end result is absolutely fantastic - Paul doesn't really need the ratings as he could easily fill up the next ten years with Big Projects - but it is the care in the small things that counts, plus Paul asked for less than originally quoted. I have only used Rated People twice and both times have had an excellent experience.
