If you are looking for a company that delivers a great product on time, within budget and with attention to detail then look no further. Everything was carried out to a high standard and we can only thank the team for a fantastic job. The original job was for our dining room but that was quickly extended to our living room as well which included building a contemporary fireplace, extensive replastering and complete redecoration. Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

Greg built a front wall and laid paving in my front and back garden. He did a really good job, and it looks great. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting brickwork or paving/landscaping.

Great work ethic. Very hard working. Nice people. Can turn their hand to most things and get you out of trouble. Laid oak flooring, fixed previous plastering errors and then did a lovely job of decoration. Are experts with stone and tiles too.

We hired Harry and his team for a full refurbishment of a dated property and couldn’t be happier. Harry managed everything, from the rip-out to electrics, kitchen, bathroom, and new central heating. Very pleased with their service! Jason was great, he was the only plasterer to recommend different things to save both time and money with an excellent result. All the plasterers were a pleasure to deal with and worked very hard! I can't recommend them highly enough. They managed to get to us within a couple of days as we felt our job was urgent and even came out to quote on a Sunday! Very happy customer! Thanks all!
