Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Thanks to Pavel I now have a new staircase in the bedroom and the ladder has finally gone :) Pavel contacted me, arranged to visit to assess the job and advised it would be cheaper to buy a staircase and install that instead of building one from scratch. New staircase arrived and Pavel worked his magic to get it installed - absolutely over the moon. Pavel is a joiner with exceptional skills and comes highly recommended.

David and his father went over and above the remit of the job, which was painting the exterior of my home, by doing numerous repairs which became apparent as they were working. This included repairing guttering, fascias, replacing a down-pipe and repairing the awning over my front door. All the painting work was done extremely professionally and looks fantastic. I am delighted with the finished result, and they were competitively priced.
