Excellent! Alex was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Despite numerous unforeseen problems with our bathroom, he did an amazing job and we love it. Very disappointing standard of work, i wish i could attach photos. Asked for money upfront for work not done, even asked for diesel money. When challenged, lied about what was included in the quote.

Jon gave the best price compared to many other tradespeople. His work was also of sufficient quality although we had some major leaks due to bad seals. He came outside of work hours and fixed the issue for us. Removing one star because he cracked and broke some tiles and he couldn't fit the replacement tiles.

Steve was brilliant from start to finish, great communication and came and completed the work within 24 hrs of me listing the job. The tiles look brilliant and Steve helped us out by moving the shelf about to ensure tiles fit perfectly. Will definetly be using Steve again for tiling jobs and would definetly recommend him to anyone else.
