We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.

From quote to completion, Luke was very courteous and professional. He gave a very reasonable quote, and was able to come and do the work within a couple of days. On the day, Luke was prompt in arriving and cracked on with the work, keeping me updated throughout the day, and was clean and tidy throughout. Probuild handled all the planning aspects on our behalf and his workmen were polite, cheerful and above all really knew what they were doing. After they'd finished, they cleared away all the debris and left the area clean and tidy. Above all, the cost was reasonable and the job well-worth what we paid for. Highly recommended.
