Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

First rate service. Called and came out same day. Gave good advice on how to look after my boiler! And didn't try to upsell and charge for more work. Will be using Tony again in the near future

A comprehensive job was required and Ease Services delivered! From plumbing to electrical work, tiling and fitting my new kitchen. I ordered the kitchen on line & needed help to make sure I got it right. I wasn't afraid to ask questions on anything I wasn't sure about and everything was explained to me. We worked out any problems that came up with input & discussions from both sides and agreed the way forward together which was refreshing. Thank you for a job well done.

I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails. He and his son did an excellent job with new kitchen work tops and tiling the the kitchen .All on time very clean and neat and done with a smile we would recommend him and would use him again !

Lee came and gave us a price for a new standard staircase. He also offered a variety of options for other types. He was approachable, friendly and explained everything to us. Since having them fitted he has fitted our kitchen, hung oak doors and frames throughout, fitted skirting throughout, new pvc windows and a set of patio doors. His prices are reasonable and affordable. He also likes a biscuit or two and is partial to a cuppa
