Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. Rather than see our vans lying idle, we thought we'd put them to work in the 'man and a van' business. Since then, MUSCLE AND MOTOR has become skilled and very popular for all kinds of light haulage, removals including house, garage and garden clearance, moving furniture from Bedfordshire to Land's End or John O'Groats, or from upstairs to downstairs!. Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,
