Colin at CB Roofing is an excellent guy. He came to our tenement building, went up on to the roof with rope access equipment, and quickly assessed what needed to be done and when he could do it by. We gave him the job and he turned up every day consecutively, addressed the work in priority order and completed the work on his original schedule. Found lads keen for job but was a little overpriced, hired anyway as thought would take care of all. Lylandia cut back after nesting season which is too big a job for me now. Not all plants pruned correctly and had to remove cuttings myself from bushes so not ideal, as noted in ad they'd dispose and clean up afterwards. Grass trimmed too but wasnt requested....decent effort all said and done. Thanks

Marco responded straight away to my advertised job, and was able to start immediately. Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind. Left flat clean and tidy, did an excellent job and really happy with the standard of work. Highly recommended.
