The gentleman arrived promptly just before Easter. Got our system to work temporatily over the holiday as we were expecting company while we were waiting for the parts to arrive. Returned fitted them as promised. He was very proffesional, prompt and did come when he made an arangement to do so. Five stars on all counts

Ritchie was fantastic in terms of responsiveness to my task posting, quick in terms of quoting for the job, and he scheduled and completed the job within a very fast timescale. Compared with others who responded to my job posting he was a bit more expensive — but I decided that the extra cost was worth it because he was so prompt and gave me confidence in what he was doing.
