It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. I was ok with Plumber,seemed knowledgeable. the only job requir’d was adjust toilet pipe no parts required. What I was v unhappy with when the company 1st contacted me. I made it clear as to how much I expected to be charged. I was told I would be charged £75 per hour + any parts. No parts required. Chap was here for 30 mins. I was disappointed to be charged £90 which I queried to be told there is an investigation charge. Not clarified despite my initial questions.i also found text replies rather abrupt.
