We are a family run business and have been in the plumbing and drainage industry for 15 plus years. We offer our services for small plumbing jobs to large trace and access and also offer work via insurance companies. Ashely initially appears honest although he is very inexperienced, unprofessional and pulls quotation figures out of thin air. he was unable to identify the problem and therefore went through a myriad of potential remedies which he kept billing me for before working out what the actual issue was. I had a blocked Kitchen sink when I contacted Ashley via Active Plumbing £700 later I still have a blocked sink, a gaping whole in the back of my kitchen units and a leaking sink. 1/10 Avoid at all costs.
