I found Joe through Rated People and it was clear from the outset that he was very experienced. I appointed him and he has since completed a complete refurbishment of my two bedroom property - my tenants and I are absolutely delighted with the end result. He is very easy to work with and very fair. I am planning to use him again on forthcoming projects (provided he doesn't get too busy from good testimonials on this website!)

David helped me out with doing a task that needed to be done before we could begin work on fitting a new kitchen - he was on time, quick and did the work at a time that was suitable for me. I wouldn't hesitate in considering him again for jobs in the future. Fee was reasonable also. Thanks.

Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning with the new boiler - removed the old one and installed the new one. He returned on Sunday afternoon to commission the system - what service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Nelson as a polite, professional and competent boiler and heating expert. Within budget as well

Derek and Jack were absolutely excellent, before starting the work Derek spent a great deal of time working through the design with me and ensured everything was prepared for the new bathroom. During the work Jack was excellent and his work is of superb standard. He arrived promptly every day and worked extremely hard. I was always kept up to date with what was going on and was listened to for all aspects of the design and layout. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again; they'll be doing my kitchen soon!

Eduardo came on time and inspected the job. He had a look at the job and was very clear on what to do and how much it will cost. Although it was more than what he had anticipated but he stuck to his quote. He was very thorough and I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a job done. I recently had Luke and his team widen an opening between two rooms in my property, which was a sizeable job requiring the installation of a steel beam. The work was managed efficiently, and great care was taken throughout the project. The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.
