They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.
