Kyle misrepresented his credentials and failed to return to finish the job. He left me with a leaking cylinder and did not fit the compliant fire valve. This was 3 months ago and despite repeated efforts I can't get him to return and he has ghosted me. He also promised to certify the work but didnt. I believe this is because he is not a member of a CPS. He showed me a BPEC card but this is just to show he has done training , not that he is a member of a professional body. I am contacting trading standards

He is a skilled, efficient worker who worked out how he could creatively improve our set up and achieved just that, providing us with much more space in that area. Josh was engaged to fit four pieces of bedroom carpet & two bathrooms with lino. Problems began immediately and I was told that they wouldn't fit the lino as the fittings i.e. toilet and bath were in the room. The carpet fitting also did not go well either. Surely a basic skill set for any flooring fitter is that they cut around objects?. My expectation was that I advertised for professional crafts people. A poor attitude throughout which left me very frustrated, I wish now I asked them to leave the job.
