I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning with the new boiler - removed the old one and installed the new one. He returned on Sunday afternoon to commission the system - what service! I can't leave 5 out of 5 as Richie was 3 hours late and I had received no update to let me know. But other than that very happy with their service.

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.
